By accessing or using theappaudit.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are provided for general information and are not legal advice.

Acceptable use

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User content

You retain ownership of the comments and other content you submit. By posting, you grant The App Audit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Site. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post, and that it does not violate these terms or the rights of others. We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The reviews, articles, rankings, graphics, logos, and other materials we publish are owned by The App Audit or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution, but you may not republish substantial portions without our permission. App names, icons, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes.

Editorial independence and advertising disclosure

Our reviews and rankings reflect our independent testing and judgement. The Site may display advertising or sponsored placements; where it does, they are clearly labelled. Advertising never determines our scores, our rankings, or whether an app is covered. We may earn revenue from advertising or partnerships, but this does not affect our editorial conclusions.

Third-party links and apps

The Site links to third-party apps, app stores, and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Downloading or purchasing an app is a transaction between you and the app’s provider, subject to their terms.
